Family Promise of Collin County (FPOCC) has been serving homeless families with children in Collin County since 2011. By mobilizing communities and existing resources to assist homeless families with children, FPOCC can provide food, shelter and support at a third of the cost of a traditional shelter program as they regain sustainable independence. We recognize that poverty is a multifaceted problem that requires a multifaceted response. We respond by integrating educational outreach, smart programming, effective policies, and the hands-on work of thousands of volunteers. Our Affiliates are nonsectarian. They welcome all guests. Volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and represent nearly every faith in the United States.
