Our Mission
Family Promise of Collin County-Transforming the lives of homeless families.
The Family Promise Network is a national nonprofit organization with over 200 affiliate, established in 1988, on the belief that people are compassionate and want to make a difference.
Family Promise of Collin County (FPOCC) has been serving homeless families with children in Collin County since 2011. We provide food, shelter and support services to Collin County homeless families with children as they regain stability and independence. By mobilizing communities and existing resources to assist homeless families with children, FPOCC can provide food, shelter and support at a third of the cost of a traditional shelter program as they regain sustainable independence. We recognize that poverty is a multifaceted problem that requires a multifaceted response. We respond by integrating educational outreach, smart programming, effective policies, and the hands-on work of thousands of volunteers. Our Affiliates are nonsectarian. They welcome all guests. Volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and represent nearly every faith in the United States.

Every donation is important to us. We believe we must be good stewards and spend those gifts wisely. Please download our annual report and or audit. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at anytime.
